Static consonant stem nouns
Static consonant stems are characterized by lack of ablaut between cases. Like normal consonant stems, they do not have a thematic vowel. Consonant stems are therefore attached in compounds as is, while regular cases are connected through a -𐌿- infix.
There are only four static consonant stem classes:
- Masculine nd-stem, a hybrid between masculine static consonant stem class and strong masculine a-stem class. Ends in -𐍃 in nominative singular.
- Masculine sc-stem, ends with -𐍃 in nominative singular.
- Feminine sc-stem, ends with -𐍃 in nominative singular.
- Neuter a-stem, has a null-ending in nominative singular.
