The main feminine strong noun class. Has a thematic vowel "π" and has an ending "-π°" in nominative singular. Like other feminine classes, it does not have distinction between animate and inanimate nouns.

Despite the thematic vowel being "π", in compounds (as well as in singular new cases) a linking vowel "π°" is used.
